Ordering Details
All orders must be placed on line at http://volkswagen-main.southernfoodservice.com/Catering/Menu/Start/
Payment Arrangements: All events are paid for with a P.O. Number or credit card. Events without valid payment information will be placed on hold.
Room and Meeting space Arrangements: Room, meeting space arrangements and location of catering placement may be made through the appropriate department within you company and must be confirmed 24 hours ahead of time. Charges may apply if table placements are changed at the time of the event.
Service Charges: All Catering will be subject to a 5% service charge, or 10% for china and linens per delivery. Groups less than 20 will incur a fee of 10% or $20.00, whichever is greater per delivery. For events during non-normal business hours a service charge will apply.
Ordering Procedures: Catering orders must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance. We will try to work with you to find solutions to your last minute needs.
Guarantee Policy: To professionally prepare for each event, we request that you Guarantee the number of guests attending your event at least 24 hours in advance.
Any changes must be made 24 hours prior to the event. If no changes are confirmed, Service will be provided and billed for the original number of guests.
Cancellations: We know that at times you may need to cancel an event with short notice. Due to our advance preparation, complete cancellations with in 48 hours will not incur any charges. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the total, and less than 24 hours will incur the full cost.
Catering Clean-Up: It is the goal of Southern Foodservice Management on-site catering services to keep catering delivery locations and rooms healthy and clean. All catering orders will be removed and discarded two (2) hours after delivery to keep in compliance with FDA and Health Code regulations. Please plan accordingly for this two hour time frame (unless food is being kept hot or cold).
